Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Email address — used to deliver your eSIM QR code, receipts, and (optionally) your account.
- Order details — destination, plan, amount, and the eSIM identifiers (ICCID, activation code) needed to provision and support your eSIM.
- Usage data — data consumed on your eSIM, reported by the network provider, shown to you in your dashboard.
- Payment details are processed directly by MyFatoorah; we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- Fulfilling and supporting your orders, including provisioning via our connectivity partners.
- Operating top-ups and your usage dashboard.
- Service emails (QR delivery, receipts, top-up confirmations). No marketing emails without consent.
Sharing
- Our eSIM provisioning partner, MyFatoorah (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Convex/Vercel (hosting) process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
- We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
- Request a copy or deletion of your data any time at privacy@flashsim.io. Deleting your data removes dashboard access to existing eSIMs.
- We retain order records for up to 7 years where required for accounting.
